Message:		Butch, by some stroke of luck I have a 315, a 318 A and a 318 LA with the pans off all of them. I will see how they compare and let you know if that will help. One thing to keep in mind which I'm sure you are aware might be the difference in oil pump pickup length if you think one pan is deeper than another. Which is should only involve changing oil pumps perhaps. I'll see if I can get that done tomorrow.
