Message:		I called Speedway to ask them to justify the jump while the price of oil went down. They told there is a federal law that protects them from having to discuss pricing. Great our government protects them. Speedway jumped 23 cents while the other maintained their level yesterday. The other followed suit today with a nickel increase. This isn't making much sense to me. Gary
