Message:   Yes, the LA and Poly are WAY different, not possible to have anything but a cobbled up mess.
The problem with the Wieand and the advantage of the Offy is the runners. Wieand's are short for rpm, Offy's are longer for mid range and torque.
The Multi Port Fuel Injection (MPFI) EFI is really intriguing, but there would have to be a LOT of preliminary work done and a computer controller added along with a TPS device.
A TB injection system is simpler but the results are far less than a MPFI system offers.
