Excuse me while I translate to the English speaking members:
"slick it suppose to me up to 8.00 in may glad not a diesel."
I've asked you to proofread and spell check MANY times. It should read:
Slick, Diesel is supposed to be up $8.00 per gallon by May. Glad I don't have a diesel.
Now that the rest of us can read your post, my comments are this;
Where did you hear that?
Do you have a references or sources that you can quote, besides idle chit chat from another forum or corner market?
50% of today's fuel prices are driven by speculation, rumor and fear. Spreading unfounded rumors about $8.00 a gallon fuel doesn't help the situation at all.
In addition, if diesel is at $8.00 a gallon, gasoline would also be at $8.00 per gallon.
If you re-read by response to Slick's comments, you'll see that, because of the fuel economy advantage of diesel, diesel is still a better deal, even if it is priced 35% higher than gasoline.
In addition, if one is uniformed enough to believe the so called global warming propaganda from the left, one can discover that diesel motors emit less CO2 than gasoline motors, in fact diesels actually run cleaner than gas motors, except for NOX, which is now controlled by the new technology and ULSD.
That's Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel. |
