Message:   You're right, I was in a hurry and didn't want to list ALL of the bad bits that they sell...ha!ha!

Cobalt and M-2 black oxide bits can be found there if one knows where to look.
American Vermont, NO. Dewalt, good for wood, they haven't shown that they can stand up to repeated metal useage in a drill press, ditto for Mikita, Ryobi and Rigid. I'm glad you had good luck wth them but I think that someone just learning would just start drooling on themselves while trying to make a decision there and the "salespeople" are certainly no huge source of experience at those places. They'd be better off going to a metal supply house or an industrial hardware supply house and talking to the guys there. Jobber bits are still the best if you can find them.
