Message:		Not with the bumper,get a class v reciever good up to 14,000lb, class3 will only give you 6,000lb.You can get a good bolt on new class 5 (v) for under $200.00 and everyone will be safe.With 4 ton id use a weight distributin hitch w/sway bars and that would be a first class set up.Good luck ,stay safe...........JB
