Message:		2 things from what you listed: I'd try some speedo lube first. Get the Liquid Graphite ot a Lithium Spray Lube, pull instrument cluster out, remove speedo cable, and spray som lube right there where the cable connected, into back of speedo head. 9 times outta 10, that fixes the problem. Just a little goes a long way, too. Steering wheels are actually pretty easy to restore and a fun project. All you do is file away around the crack so you can fill it, get some extra-strength epoxy, clean with denatured alcohol and fill cracked area. Let set per instructions, sand it down to shape, and use a good quality epoxy paint to respray the whole wheel. Do it yourself, or pay somebody $300 to do it for you.... Any glass shop worth its salt can cut you out a replacement lense for radio bezel.
