That's good news, 'cause I thought it was '50's or early 60's. Going to measure the spindles and see about front discs. John, hold your course, brother, hold your course! Been driving my 2WD Townie now for 29 years and never needed 4WD yet! Been everywhere I wanted to go, and many miles offroad prospecting and adventuring. Got stuck twice: first time I punched it in 1st and cleaned out my treads and was up and away. Second time I had a heavily loaded travel trailer and all my prospecting gear onboard. A 1-ton Ford monster truck tried to help, after about 6 others, and couldn't even get in to where I was. Finally paid out about 200+ feet of cable and winched me out, with his chained deadman to a tree. His only question, "Man, how'd you ever get that truck in there that far, with a travel trailer on back???!!" "It's a Dodge. Thanks for the pull."
