A stout 2WD with a locker, traction tires, a winch and a skilled driver can go nearly anyplace except the most challenging mud pits or rock gardens. I've gone places in my 2WD Town Wagon and ended up passing stuck 4X's! They weren't Dodges so I just honked the horn and waved.......
