Message:		Private Equity is the way to go. Left a Wall Street traded company 3 years ago for a Private Equity company, and haven't looked back. You get to make smart decisions for the longer term, instead of having to make stupid ones to meet the quarter to please the analysts in an effort to keep the stock price up.
