The truck was purchased new and lived its entire life up till now on a ranch about 70 miles from Pinedale, WY. The Darwin ranch was purchased by Loring Woodman in the 60's, and the truck came with it. My father in law Brad Hendricks became friends with Loring in the late 60's. He began to live and work on the ranch with his wife Jane and his daughters Harmony, Hilary and Heidi. Brad and family used the truck to build several of the log hunting cabins that are still an the ranch today. The youngest daughter, Heidi (my wife) fell in love with the truck and painted its name on the passenger side door (The Solid Muldoon) at a young age. The ranch is still a functional dude ranch in the summers and Brad guides out of it in hunting season. Within the last couple of years, Loring has decided to sell the ranch. Because she loved it so much, he decided to give the truck to my wife before the ranch sells. We hauled the truck to our home in Durango, Colorado last month. Its body has seen better days, but the truck runs like a champ. I will give it some love and see how road worthy she can be!
