Truck has been in our family since 1953. The truck was used to survey Hwy.#6 from the US border north in Saskatchewan. My father purchased it from the Independant exploration company out of Texas. He drove it daily in his automotive business that his father started in 1936 . He later installed another 230 flathead backwards in the truck box to drive a large snowblower that he used for years to clear all the roads in the R.M. He passed away in 2001 and before he did I promised him that I would restore the old power wagon. So here I go we started on it march 13th 2008 and we already have it down to the Frame ready for blasting. Should be great looking forward to completing it. I am not positve on the color its one of the greens have to see them both to be sure. The survey company had it painted red.Truck sat outside for 22 years never moved an inch we filled the tires nearly rotted off but held air, pulled it into our shop pulled the fuel tank plug. Put fuel in it primed it once, hit the starterand it fired and ran without stalling, totally amazing what a great truck. No wonder we won the WAR !
