This truck was sitting behind a barn in South Central MN. It has been repowered with a V8 from some other make of vehicle, and when I saw it is did not have any tires or rims. It looks to have been a winch truck at some point, as it is has nothing on the front of the frame. There was a winch and extensions in the bed. The seat had been replaced with black buckets.
