Thanks for all the input! Now I just have to choose which way to go. I have a call into a big stainless outfit in Denver and should have an answer from them this AM. The problem dealing with most hardware outfits is they are convinced that there is no such thing as a machine screw larger than 1/4"...anything larger is a bolt! Ah, to educate the masses!
I'll let you all know how this plays out.
