1= plant built at, Warren MI
720527= sequential build number. Starting number for 67 was 668000, starting number for 1968 was 780000 so you fall in the mid to late 67 production, number 52527 Dodge truck built in 1967.
You do have a Power Wagon, the hood is from a 69-71, so the badges that were on the original hood are missing.
