I was told to use "marine grease". It's a blue colored aluminum based lube that is used for boat trailer bearings.
I have zero miles on the truck, so I can't speak to how well it holds up over time. I just filled the knuckles before I closed them up. But I guess you could put a zerk in the "drain hole" and fill it with a grease gun.
If I was given bad advice on the grease I hope someone speaks up before I get the truck rolling!
