Ricky, when working on Power Company (Florida) right of way (power transmission line) all vechicles are required to have a ground strap attached. I raised a stink about having crap attached to my personal truck and said what happens if I don't do it? Reply was not only was I breaking the rules, but static electricy would build up and shock me! I said "give me two of them". No shocks for me!! The straps are available at NAPA stores. Chuck Griffith
