restrictions ; 2,800 sounds ballpark (maybee low) for metro areas where ALL painting (jamming, clear coat, etc) must be done in an approved booth and all material usage must be reported -weigh paint before, weigh after, report amount used -
have to figure the total amount of booth usage time
