Get an old (junk) carb and dissassemble it carefully and evaluate it.
Carb kits are easy to install. Check the mixture screws, as they usually get turned in with too much pressure and it scars the surface.
Use a Dodge svc manual and follow the steps -it is a good thing to learn how to rebuild and work on carbs.
