Carb rebuild or replace?

I am getting ready to either replace or have rebuilt the carb on my 59 W200 and I'm looking for suggestions for suppliers or rebuilders. The engine and carb are both original to the truck. Any experiences good or bad?
Quality is more of a priority than price, and I'd like to keep it original. I'd rather have work done or purchase a rebuilt carb than try to put in a rebuild kit myself.
