If what the person says is a fact ? (ebay link on this post), then this would explain why Pay Pal wants you to "Verify" and give them a bank account number, routing number etc. I would bet somewhere in the little fine print, burried somewhere is the statement that you give them the right to invade your account to make corrections. And when you agree, that is it. I will not "Verify" and believe its a good time to cancell my PayPal, before I have a problem.
Just my thoughts. Never did like giving my CC # to a third party.
