Like everone else the cost of gas has me leaving my first choice of transportation {A 76 W200 CREW CAB} at home, nine m.p.g. isnt cutting it. Any and all suggestions {besides leaving it at home} for improved fuel economy would be GREATLY APPRECIATED. Some time ago I saw a heading of 23 m.p.g. being claimed from someone with a 318 powered full time 4 wheel drive. Is this even remotely possible??? I did try to contact him with specifics but got no reply. Thanks, Andy.
