All NAPA electrical parts I have ever bought were junk. Pure Junk. There is nothing worse than changing an alternator only to have the bearings fry a month later, or to have it OVERCHARGE and boil out your battery. When I used to work as a mechanic full time, a customer would bring their car into the shop for a starter or alternator replacement, (we got our parts from NAPA), and we would put the part on. 2 weeks, MAYBE a month later, it would be back for the SAME thing! We would fix it again and then say "well it's Napatized for another month!" LOL. Seriously, Go to Carquest or AutoValue for electrical parts. Good luck!
