A friend has a Pacific Car & Foundry M26 Tank Retreiver from WWII with a Hall-Scott inline six that is 1000 cu. in. Don't remember the horsepower or torque, but it redlines at 1800 rpm. Somewhere around here I have a picture of one of these in service carrying a T92, 240mm self-propelled howitzer, which combined with the weight of the tractor and trailer comes to over 200,000 lbs.
