You need to go to the frame rail number, front LH spring mount. That will ID the truck fairly well.
Most hard cabs with cowl lights and wind up screens were put on post-war by farmers and the like, but the Army did have the same cab on the WC-3x and WC-4x series 4 x 2 trucks so the cab may be an army transplant or a civilian one.
