Non-FF W300 Wheel Options

Here's a question that someone probably knows the answer to....

On an early '60s W300 with the 6-lug Dana 70s, are there wheels from other trucks that will fit?

Part of the reason I ask is because I found a early '60s Ford tow truck rotting away with 6-lug 20" wheels, duals on the back using Budd studs and nuts. I wondered if these would fit on the Non-FF W300?
