Found another number on the front diff on the back of the housing facing the driveshaft, 44-3F. Guess that means Dana 44? Also, the tube measures about 2 3/4" vs 3" for the rear tube. The knuckles measure about 4" across, is that big or small? Forgive my newbieness, first time with one of these trucks. :)
