Bottom hole goes to the fitting on the top of your oil filter, the bolt head just below that is your oil pressure pypass spring. Top hole goes to the fitting on the bottom of your oil filter. There is a fitting behind the starter you can tap into to run to your oil pressure gauge. I have a article from a few years ago in the PWA about converting to a full flow oil filter if that's what your after. It involves some drillng and taping into the block.
