Here is my problem. I never seen it together befor and there are two holes in the intake manifold. Do you use one for the PCV Valve to the one on the Oil Filler pipe and plug the other one? I have electric wipers and centrifical dist. This engine also had the old style engine vent on the side with the pipe going down the passinger side of the engine and just venting into the air. Do I not use the PCV Valve on this set up? Or do I Cap that hole and go with the PCV Valve instead. I was thinking that with the Valve in place it would suck out side air in to the block thru this pipe and get dust in the crank case. The other question is this had a oil filter at one time I think, I want to use a remote screw on filter where are the inlet and outlet holes for the filter and oil presure gauge. There is a hole in the block by the oilpan near the starter is this a drain or presure for oil? Not sure on this part. The pictures are lousy in the Manuals. Thanks for any help. Mark H.
