This is about the cheapist form of construction around. $10.40 a sq ft including concrete, wiring and trim items. Lot of space, height and plenty of room to drive big stuff thru with 13 ft high doors at each end. 24 ft X 60 ft clear space with 2- 12ft X 60ft clear areas with only 4 posts in the 48 X 60 space on each side 12 ft out from the outside walls 12 ft apart. Cost 30,000.00 little more then a real nice Power Wagon or less than a new truck that will go down in value. Mark H.
