Jonas You could eMail me if you want to. I allways clean engines befor I sell them. Most people want a clean engine not a dirty one. I allready have cleaned up the heater and will repair it. I told you to pull the pan and clean the sludge out of it. I also said I never drove the Command Car with the engine in it. I never said this was a new engine, I said I was told it was rebuilt befor the last owner bought it and the guy owned it for 30 years and just did not drive it that much. Heck 250.00 for a engine and a used heater and some used side splash sheilds is not a bad deal? You told me the heater was out of a Power Wagon but the parts inside say Fomoco, I thought that was Ford? You saw the engine I did a compression test on it, It had the clutch, presure plate, very good distributer, Bell housing, all paint removed from the engine. I gave you a 1/2 ton drive shaft, 2-1/2 ton drums with bearing, a set of 1/2 ton 12 inch brake linings, tie rod cross bar with one good end, let you talk me down 250.00 on the engine then you make me look bad on the site with this post? If I had a problem I would have contacted you first not go thru the site to do it. I think you got a good deal for 250.00 don't you? Mark H.
