I went this morning to look at a tranny and
a transfer case for my truck. I was told
the NP 435 had a 4.56 first gear. I was told
wrong. It does have the granny gear (6.68!)
and it turns well in all the gears. Not bad
for $100. I got a 205 TC, also. There are
quite a few Dodge trucks there. No flat-
fenders, but some pilot house trucks. He's
got a 2wd two ton from '52 that would make
a nice resto. There's almost no rust on it
anywhere. There's also a WW2 chevy in real
good shape. Lots of sweptlines. Most are
junk trucks that may have a few parts left.
I even found the stuff I needed for my little
truck! A good day if you like bargains and
don't mind getting dirty. He even let me use
their yard truck, too.
