My "knee jerk" reaction to your question asking to see photos of the mount/demount of a PW rim is to say that you should download a copy of the Army TM in PDF form and look at the section on changing multi piece tires. TM 9-2610-200-14 is the latest version and is at:
http://66.96.212.122/od_images/od_tm9_2610_200_14_tires.pdf

You could also get a copy of one of the tire changing certifiction manuals from the Tire Industry Association. TIA website with the videos and other course material for Basic Commercial Tire Service Training & Certificate Program 2000 (Formerly known as ITRA’s 29 CFR 1910.177 OSHA Compliance Video Training Program):
http://www.tireindustry.org/shop/shop200.asp

You could also get the actual rim design and use information from the Tire and Rim Association or one of thier members...
Tire and Tim Association website:
http://www.us-tra.org/traMain.htm

Get the TM, it is your least expensive, well written, option IMHO.
