My "knee jerk" reaction to your question asking to see photos of the mount/demount of a PW rim is to say that you should download a copy of the Army TM in PDF form and look at the section on changing multi piece tires. TM 9-2610-200-14 is the latest version and is at:

You could also get a copy of one of the tire changing certifiction manuals from the Tire Industry Association.
