You should just get my flatbed and be done with it. It have a headache rack for it, toolboxes, and it came off a PW so it's set up to go on. No messing around, 4 bolts, hook up the lights and down the road you go. ;-)
On a serious note, if anyone needs a flatbed for a PW I have the above mentioned one for sale, $500. It's all steel and set up so you can mount a hi-lift jack on one side and a shovel on the other.
