and you you have moved most of the wheel weight out (on the radius) 2in (8in to 10in) the heavy rim section) and then the heavy mass of the tire tread out 2-3 inch over stock 9.00x16 (17.5 to 20) plus the radial has more mass (with belts) in the tread area.
going to take a lot of brake power to slow the assembly down and that might be what randy was refering to
weigh the 20in assembly vs the stock 9.00x16
then get out your old physics book and do some not so quick calculations
