Haven't used it yet but with the base on the trailer I can lift the boom 9 ft. When set out on the end 500 lbs and 1/2 way in 1,000 pounds. I did get to use the same crane on a pick up and we lifted a large set of disks for a tractor onto the back and there was no way we could have done it with 2 people and we had a hard time just draging it. I did get the stiff leg for it and need to weld it on so I can brace the corner when lifting. I got a 2,000 lb rated trailer Jack that swings up for on the side next to the boom base. Mark H.
