"packaging" issues

As things are getting wrapped up on the first run of the bed sides, I've been doing my homework on packaging these things for shipment, as well as trying to establish the best shipping deal around. The packaging end of it has seen a number of "experts" in on the scene, and they all agree that, because of the combination of hard and fragile projections on the units, that it's, simply put, a "nightmare"! Bottom line is that they'll be stacked in a staggered fashion, with supportive, rigid styrofoam blocks in between, to keep them from self-destructing.
Cost, as well as quality of packaging, is the concern of all of us! Please be assured that every effort will be made to have them arrive safely, as well as inexpensively as possible! Dave Maher
