I'm not sure why yours is so lite...my first series sides weigh roughly 160 for the pair, probably 25 lbs each for fenders, probably 60-80 lbs for the bed supports, 30 lbs for the tailgate, 20 lbs for the bed front pannel, & that's assuming you're not counting the 150 or so lbs worth of Oak. I'd bet that crated, a bed weighs over 400lbs.
I picked one up in Idaho that was assembled, no fenders or tailgate & it took 3 guys to lift it.
You must have one of them rare aluminum beds!
