There is a little (1/8" pipe size) plug over #6 cylinder. Take it out and insert a piece of coat hanger wire, use a piece asbout 12in long. Hand crank engine (or push truck in 4th gear) until wire is at highest point. Engine is now at TDC, mark pulley, file notch.
