the 9.00x16 is made for the 6.50x16 wheel
measure your wheels inside bead flange to bead flange. rim size will also be stamped on rim and removable front flange.
9.00x16 do not work correctly on 5.5x16 wheels
and 7.50x16 do not work correctly on 6.5x16 wheels

dont dink about do it correctly - use the 6.50x16's with 900x16 tires or get some 5.50x16 wheels for the smaller 7.50x16 tires
