It's possible something got knocked loose in the wiring, especially if there's a lot of extra.
Is it getting gas to the plugs? Take a few out after cranking it over and see if they're wet or smell like fuel. Also, do you use a choke? If it's cold out, that may make a difference, but if the truck was starting okay before you changed the fuel line, then that wouldn't be a problem.
