I had to bleed it after I put it in, removed the lines to do it. I also used the original floor brake pedal that the 48 PW used but the Master Cylinder was for a 67-68 PW I made a new rod out of stainless steel because I had one that would work from a School Bus. The old one would have worked but would have been adjusted out to the last threads on the shaft do to the adapter plate. Mark H.
