1. Use a grinder to cut off the rivet heads or tails, drive them out and take off the inner channel.
2. Cut out sections, fab and weld in new ones as needed
3. Use standard grade 8 bolts, castle nuts, washers. Drill or reem out rivet holes as necessary for a snug fit between bolt and hole. Tighten bolts and nuts, then drill for carter key to prevent nut from backing off.
