They won't let us back burn unless there is a fire and it can stop it. Because it is so dry here they will not issue a burn permit so I mow and keep a 1,000 ft long dirt fire break behind the house now to hell with them it's my place and if I don't want the grass to grow on it I will plow the fire break all the time to protect my home. It has been there 2 years now and not needed but if it is I will be ready. Mark H.
