Break Adjustment?

I recently fiddled around with the bolts that adjust the breaks on one wheel of my B3PW. Now the break pedal goes down farther than I like before engaging the breaks. What can I do to adjust the engage point on the break pedal?

With apologies for a silly question from a novice with a set of wrenches... thanks.
