Getting educated on Power Wagon bed

I finished getting the floor out of Mike's 55 bed today so I can make him a new one. I also removed his left fender to weld a hole that was punched in the top of the fender and remove some dents. This is were I learned that my regular body hammers are to light for the job. I knew the sheet metal was thicker than my W200 or TW but I didn't think I'd have to resort to 2# hammers to bang out the dents. The bed is in pretty fair shape other than a beat up head board and some rust on the rear of the fenders so I'm hoping things go well. Just a refresher here but are the floor boards supposed to be 13/16" thick? I seem to remember that on a past forum and I just want to verify. Also who has a good price on the fender welting needed on this bed? We have new bed strips, angles and bolts so it should go back together pretty well.
