I understand your frustration. Sounds like you have been all over the truck. Many hours and still nothing. Time to walk away for a while. I'll throw some things out here. Probably been checked and rechecked but sometimes minor things get overlooked creating major headaches.
Are we 110% sure its an electrical problem?!
Fuel or carb related upon warm up?!?!
How are the grounds?
How is the reluctor in the distributor?
I'll post your message on another forum and see what they come up with.
