Hey guys, Im fixing a 1977 4x4 powerwagon for a friend. It needs a whole new front clip. I checked my local pick and pull..and they have all the parts. Tomorrow im going to pull the stuff. Im not familiar with the powerwagon so I just wanted to know if there will be any suprises for me when it comes to removing, doors, fenders, hood etc. Im prepared for the bolts to be rusted on..but any other things i should know about? Also...I need the core support...will i have to cut it out..or does it unbolt? One last thing..the truck im fixing got hit in the front...and the tips of the frame rails are tweaked to one side. The sections that are bent are from the tip of the frame...to about 6 inches back. Do you think I will need heat to move these back...or just a sledge and some muscle? Thanks alot.
