Yes, all the internal stuff on the latches are the same. The interchange fine. Vent(wing) doors and non vent door are easily identifiable. Metal lip the surrounds the inner door panel isn't there on a military WC's. Militarys have one piece door glass(Non vent style) with metal that surround the whole glass panel. Kevin
