I picked up a 20 gallon recirculating washer w/ stand at Harbor Freight for $70. I know, but hey, it was cheap!
I have a 200W 110V silicon heater pad that I think is a little under sized, but is worth a shot. If it doesn't heat it, I'm out nothing but a little time.
